Frequently Asked Questions

How long does printing take?+

Printed orders are typically produced and shipped within 2-4 business days of payment. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

What size will my keychain be?+

Size is determined automatically by how much text you enter — longer names produce a wider keychain. Pricing has four size tiers (Small, Medium, Large, Oversized) based on the final width, shown live in the design tool before you order.

Do you ship outside India?+

Not yet — printed orders currently ship within India only, at a flat ₹49. STL downloads have no shipping restriction since there's nothing to ship — you print it yourself, anywhere.

What can I do with the STL file?+

Once purchased, the STL is yours — print it on your own 3D printer, take it to a local print shop, or print as many copies as you like. It's a standard STL file compatible with any FDM slicer.
